Newsorte Media is a premium digital agency managing tens of thousands in monthly ad spend for elite, high-end brands. We don't do "mass market" volume; we do "Quiet Luxury" authority. We are looking for a seasoned Paid Ads Manager & Analyst who takes extreme accountability for performance and can strategize across the entire digital ecosystem.

The Role This is a high-responsibility, project-based contractor role. You will be the architect behind our clients' growth, responsible for:

• Multi-Platform Mastery: Full management of PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Deep-Dive Analysis: Constant auditing of data to pivot strategies in real-time. You don’t just report numbers; you provide insights.
• Bespoke Copywriting: Crafting channel-specific copy that aligns with a "premium" brand voice. No generic templates.
• Accountability: Managing significant budgets with a focus on high-ticket lead generation and conversion.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years managing high-spend accounts (£10k+/mo). Do not apply if you are a beginner or still learning the platforms.
• Strategic Autonomy: You should be able to look at a brand and build the media plan from scratch. We provide the vision; you provide the execution.

• Portfolio: You must be able to demonstrate previous success in the high-ticket or medical/aesthetic niche.

Compensation

• Starting: £700 per month, per project.
• Scaling: Up to £1,000 per month, per project (based on multi-channel complexity and creative requirements).
• Growth: As we scale our client roster, your portfolio of projects with us grows.
