Email/SMS Marketing & Retention Specialist (Klaviyo)

Opportunity Name: World Class CRM for 8- & 9- Figure Brands (up to $200k/yr contract)

Opportunity Description: Hello! My name is Feras, Co-Founder of a world class retention agency called New Standard Co. (https://www.newstandardco.com/). We work with some of the biggest DTC brands like AG1, Caraway, BYLT Basics, Ruggable, Nike Strength and more. We're looking to bring on a very talented, experienced, and hard working CRM with exceptional communication skills to join our team.

Experience Required: Experience running retention programs for 8- and 9- figure DTC brands, with a focus on Email & SMS. Deep experience with the most popular ESPs (Klaviyo, Postscript, and others). Great client communication. Ability to handle conversations with C-Suite executives. Experience working on the brand side is preferred, but not required.

Here’s what we need:

- Serious experience running (strategy + tactical execution) retention programs for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands.

- Expertise in Email & SMS, with deep experience using tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.

- Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to C-suite execs and top-tier clients).

- Brand-side experience is preferred.

- Must be located in the US or working US hours.
