Hiring: Australia or Asia-Based Google Ads Specialist Wanted

OTE: AUD $7–10k/month

We help auto repair shops across the US and Australia grow through Google Ads and conversion-optimized landing pages.

We’re on track to break AUD 2.5M in revenue this year and are adding 11+ new clients every month.

Our existing Account Managers are reaching full capacity, so we’re hiring now to stay ahead of demand.

🕓 Working Hours & Timezone Fit

Around 80% of our clients are based in the US, which means your workday will start early.

• Australia-based: start around 5:00 a.m.

• Asia-based: start around 3:00 a.m.

We intentionally hire in Australia and Asia because these hours align with when our team is active, allowing fast, seamless internal communication.

In short, we’re an early-rise team. This role is best suited for someone who genuinely prefers starting early and finishing earlier.

🔧 The Role: Google Ads Account Manager

You’ll be the lead strategist for a portfolio of auto repair clients, driving campaigns, optimizing results, and building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Run weekly Zoom calls with clients to review performance and plan growth

• Translate campaign data into clear business outcomes (AOV, LTV, ROI)

• Proactively optimize campaigns to improve results

• Collaborate in daily huddles to share insights and solve problems

• Act as a true growth partner, not just a media buyer

First 4–6 weeks will focus on training, onboarding, and mastering our systems so you’re ready to lead new client accounts as they roll in.
