We’re seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own our marketing strategy, craft on-brand content, and amplify our presence in the influencer space. Based in vibrant San Diego (with remote flexibility), you’ll collaborate with top brands, creators, and a passionate team while enjoying incredible perks.

What You’ll Do

As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind Neon Rose’s marketing efforts, ensuring every campaign, post, and event reflects our authentic, purpose-driven identity. Your role will include:

• Own All Marketing Efforts: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media, email campaigns, website, and brand storytelling, to elevate Neon Rose’s visibility.
• Craft On-Brand Content: Create engaging, high-quality content for internal social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) that captures our agency’s mindful, lifestyle-focused ethos and showcases our talent.
• Orchestrate Impactful Events: Plan and execute employee and influencer engagement events (virtual and in-person) to build community and strengthen our brand.
• Lead Email Marketing: Design compelling email campaigns to nurture leads, engage brands and creators, and promote Neon Rose’s unique approach to influencer partnerships.
• Define Brand Identity: Work closely with leadership to refine and amplify Neon Rose’s brand voice, ensuring consistency across all channels and campaigns.
• Analyze & Optimize: Leverage data-driven insights to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs to drive growth.

Who You Are

You’re a creative strategist with a passion for marketing and a talent for crafting authentic, impactful branded content. 

You bring:

• 3-5 Years of Marketing Experience: Proven success in agency or brand marketing, ideally in influencer, lifestyle, or purpose-driven sectors.
• Content Creation Expertise: Strong ability to produce on-brand social media content, emails, and assets that resonate with creators and brands.
• Event Planning Skills: Experience organizing engaging events (virtual or in-person) for employees, influencers, or brand partners.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals and drive measurable impact.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms for content, email, and performance tracking.
• Purpose-Driven Mindset: Passionate about working with authentic, lifestyle-focused creators and brands that make a difference.
