Nelo UGC Agency is hiring UK-based Marketers to support client onboarding and brand partnerships across fashion, lifestyle, fintech, eCommerce, apps, and consumer brands.

We’re building the infrastructure where trust, culture, and commerce meet. Connecting brands with brand-literate UGC creators who understand culture, identity, and community influence.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and qualify potential brand clients for Nelo’s platform
• Lead outreach to retail, fashion, fintech, eCommerce, and app brands
• Run discovery calls to understand brand goals and challenges
• Present Nelo’s infrastructure model clearly to new brands
• Onboard brands onto Nelo’s UGC infrastructure platform
• Guide brands through brand language and cultural onboarding
• Translate brand needs into clear onboarding documentation
• Set up brands within Nelo’s creator matching system
• Coordinate onboarding timelines and activation milestones
• Ensure brands are fully prepared before creator activation
• Act as the main point of contact during brand onboarding
• Collect and structure brand assets, guidelines, and briefs
• Ensure compliance and brand safety requirements are met
• Collaborate with the Nelo marketing team on brand onboarding campaigns
• Improve and refine Nelo’s brand onboarding workflows
