Neatmetric is a results-driven digital marketing agency (Dearborn, MI) focused on paid ads, SEO, web dev, and client success. We’re hiring a Paid Media Buyer to help launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads—driving real performance (ROAS, CPA, CPL). 🚀

What you’ll do:

• Assist with campaign setup, launches, and daily management on Google & Meta. 📊

• Handle audience targeting, keyword research, and bidding strategies. 🎯

• Run creative tests; contribute to ad copy and assets. 🧪

• Monitor performance and recommend optimizations to hit KPI goals (ROAS/CPA/CPL/CVR). 📈

• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices. 🔎

• Build clear performance reports and share actionable insights. 📑

• Collaborate with Web Dev, Creative, and Client Strategy to align ads and pages. 🤝

What you bring:

• 2+ years in performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta required). 💪

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4. 🛠️

• Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and how to move them. 📈

• Analytical, organized, and communicative; able to turn data into action. 🧠

• Familiar with ClickUp/Asana/Trello (nice to have) and agency pace (bonus). ⚡
