Company Description

We are a health & wellness brand focussed on nasal breathing during sleep. We are launching in the UK this month (October 2025) and hoping to make some noise through Instagram and TikTok.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Social Media Marketing Manager. It will require approx. 20-25 hours per week, and may involve weekends. The monthly pay for this role will be £1,250. The role will involve full ownership of our UK social media presence, including content planning and scheduling across all platforms, video editing, photo and carousel creation, and daily community management through stories, comments, and DMs. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, brand-aligned content that drives awareness and growth, monitoring engagement and performance analytics to optimise strategy, and staying on top of social trends within the health and wellness space. This is a hands-on, autonomous role ideal for a creative, organised, and results-driven individual who can independently run and grow our social channels in the UK.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, preferably in wellness, health, or fitness sectors
  • Strong content creation skills - video editing (Reels, TikTok), photo editing, carousel design, and story creation
  • Proficient in using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong copywriting skills with a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned tone of voice
  • Ability to manage community interactions (DMs, comments, tags) with professionalism and brand empathy
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyse, and report on performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Passion for health & wellness, sleep, fitness is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
