Are you the marketing guru who can decode customer journeys and explain them to an AI without breaking a sweat? If you’ve lived through campaign launches, A/B tests, brand wars, and dashboard deep dives — we want you shaping the next generation of AI-driven marketing tools.

We’re looking for a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can bridge the real world of marketing strategy with the fast-evolving world of AI systems. Your expertise will help train, evaluate, and elevate AI models that support marketers globally

🔍About the Role

As a Sector Evaluator – Marketing, you’ll translate real-world marketing workflows into AI training data, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine next-gen marketing systems.

You’ll help build smarter:

  • Campaign optimizers
  • Personalization engines
  • Predictive analytics tools
  • AI-powered marketing assistants🧠 What You’ll Work On-
  • Train and annotate AI models using marketing knowledge, terminology, and logic
  • Review and score AI-generated content for accuracy, creativity, tone, and brand alignment
  • Build structured workflows, taxonomies, and scenarios across campaign lifecycles
  • Evaluate campaign briefs, customer segments, KPIs, and performance narratives
  • Partner with ML and product teams to refine AI capabilities and marketing use cases🎓 What We’re Looking
  • ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 7–12 years of hands-on marketing experience across:
  • ✔ Digital & social campaigns
  • ✔ Performance marketing & A/B testing
  • ✔ CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC)
  • ✔ Analytics & measurement (GA, Looker, PowerBI)
  • ✔ Content strategy, segmentation, and journey mapping
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to convert workflows into structured processes
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional tech teams.
