MYNR is an Aussie-owned start-up, based in Perth, WA. We provide support to mining and resources industry workers all across Australia, bridging the gap between a competitive job market, and thriving career success. Our growing suite of services includes resource development, coaching, and workplace wellbeing initiatives.

Role Details

We're looking for a diverse creative (or two, or three!) who can to help grow MYNR in its early stages. This is an exciting opportunity to experience business growth, and be part of a small, passionate team.

This freelance role is perfect for someone who's looking for contract/casual work, and can operate remotely - all on your own schedule! On occasion, you can attend events local to your state, and may be willing to travel interstate.

As an all-rounder, your responsibilities will change from day-to-day, including:

• Social media scheduling and content creation

• Copywriting, branding and marketing

• Stakeholder engagement

• Events and travel organisation

• General admin and idea generation

Successful candidates do not require any formal qualifications - and if you have a degree, that's great! You should be able to demonstrate aptitude in the above skills, plus a willingness to roll up your sleeves and try new things. This is a collaborative, "entry-level" role, and your chance to make it what you want.

• Proactive, flexible, and professional, with amazing attention to detail and communication skills

• Familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

• Interested in wellness and healthy lifestyle, and inspiring others

• Available for 4-10 hours per week (for now), with an ABN
