Marketing Manager (Content & Execution)

MyEmployment | Remote | Part-time to start

MyEmployment is a founder-led company building a more transparent model for employment verification. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help turn strong ideas and ongoing content into a consistent, reliable marketing rhythm.

This role is execution-focused and hands-on. You’ll work closely with executives and a small group of freelancers to keep content moving, organized, and on schedule.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Building and maintaining a social content calendar.
  • Coordinating content creation with freelancers and internal contributors.
  • Drafting, scheduling, and publishing social posts with founder approval.
  • Making sure content is posted consistently and on time.
  • Responding to comments from the company account to support engagement and visibility.
  • Publishing and maintaining blog content. Typically one post per week or every other week.
  • Keeping marketing and sales materials current and accurate.
  • Supporting sales and customer conversations with clear, up-to-date content.

  • Messaging and direction come from the founder.
  • You’ll help translate that direction into organized, repeatable execution.
  • All content is reviewed before posting, especially early on.
  • Over time, trust and autonomy increase as consistency is proven.

  • Fewer reminders and follow-ups because things are running smoothly.
