A brilliant independent events and creative experiences agency is looking for ongoing freelance support across their internal marketing and growth activity.
They deliver standout live, hybrid and experiential work for a range of brands and are now looking to sharpen and scale their own marketing efforts. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can advise on what’s working, bring structure and momentum, and support implementation across key channels.
This is likely to average around one day per week, with some flexibility depending on workload. Fully remote, but you must be UK-based. Outside IR35.
The Role
You’ll act as a marketing sounding board and delivery partner, helping shape and execute a consistent, effective internal marketing plan.
This will include:
- Developing and refining LinkedIn marketing strategy (organic content, thought leadership, company page growth)
- Supporting outreach strategy – identifying audiences, shaping messaging, refining approach
- Planning and building email campaigns
- Creating and managing newsletters
- Advising on content themes, tone of voice and positioning
- Reviewing performance metrics and recommending improvements
- Bringing insight into what’s working across B2B marketing right now
- Helping the team prioritise activity and maintain consistency
You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery – this isn’t just a deck-writing role.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering B2B marketing for creative, events, agency or experiential businesses
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and outreach best practice
- Experience building and optimising email campaigns and newsletters
- Confidence advising senior stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and bring proactive ideas
- Commercial awareness and understanding of lead generation
- UK-based and comfortable working remotely
