About the Role

As the Marketing & Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling marketing programs that drive demand, optimize conversions, and position our brand as a trusted leader in web data solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to identify growth opportunities and bring them to life through creative, data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define KPIs and growth metrics to track performance and ROI across all marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and tools efficiently.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, content, paid ads, email, and social) to drive qualified B2B leads.
  • Build and optimize inbound funnels — from awareness to conversion.
  • Partner with sales to refine lead qualification, nurturing, and handoff processes.
  • Create and oversee production of technical, educational, and thought leadership content that resonates with data professionals and developers.
  • Manage company presence across digital platforms — blog, LinkedIn, communities, and newsletters.
  • Develop product marketing assets: case studies, whitepapers, one-pagers, and use-case guides.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, automation workflows, and funnel optimizations.
  • Use analytics and customer insights to iterate on campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen brand visibility in the data and scraping ecosystem through PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with industry influencers, technology partners, and communities to expand reach.
