This role focuses on trade marketing, product launch excellence, and sell-through support within the distributor network.
Key Responsibilities

- Trade Marketing Strategy – Develop channel marketing calendars, seasonal campaigns, and incentive programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility across partner retail networks (online and offline).
- Content & Collateral Localization – Adapt global marketing materials (product videos, brochures, website content) for DACH market needs, ensuring messaging resonates with local consumers while maintaining brand consistency.
- Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on channel marketing KPIs (sell-out data, campaign ROI, distributor feedback). Use insights to optimize future activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Align with global product, brand, and sales teams to ensure channel marketing initiatives support overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience – Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or product launch marketing, ideally within home appliance, consumer electronics, or smart device industries.

- Strategic & Hands-on – Ability to think strategically while being comfortable executing tactical tasks (e.g., creating sell sheets, briefing agencies, training distributor sales teams) in a remote working environment.
- Analytical – Comfortable using sales data and market insights to drive marketing decisions.
Travel Flexibility – Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to [e.g., 20–30%]) to meet distributors, attend key retail events, and conduct in-person training or campaign reviews.
