About the Role

As an Account Executive (AE), you’ll own the full sales cycle — identifying new opportunities, building relationships with healthcare executives, and closing deals that transform how hospitals and health systems reach patients.

You’ll sell integrated performance marketing solutions spanning paid search, paid social, SEO, programmatic, display, and analytics, helping clients optimize their marketing spend and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a high-value pipeline across healthcare organizations.
• Lead consultative sales conversations from first contact through close.
• Craft ROI-focused proposals and budget recommendations by service line (e.g., cardiology, oncology, urgent care, etc.).
• Partner with internal strategy and analytics teams to deliver compelling solutions.
• Stay ahead of trends in healthcare marketing and digital performance.
• Represent the company at key industry conferences and events.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or healthcare marketing sales.
• Proven success driving revenue through paid media, SEO, or analytics campaigns.
• Confidence consulting with marketing executives on budget allocation and ROI optimization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
