🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing media projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Support media production teams with task coordination and communication
• Track project progress and collaborate with creative teams
• Ensure that media content meets quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, media production, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and work with cross-functional teams
• Based in Australia with valid work rights
