We empower lawyers across the spectrum of practice areas and business needs. At Paradigm, we are fast-paced, ambitious and unified by a common vision to build the best legal technology products in the world.

We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and curious candidate to join our larger Marketing team as a Sr. Content Marketing Specialist. This role will work across Paradigm’s suite of legal software solutions and be responsible for establishing our products as thought leaders in the industry with long and short-form website content, blogs, white papers, and more. This role will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to educate current and prospective customers on the benefits of our products and inform them of wider legaltech market trends in order to drive adoption and usage.

The Sr. Content Marketing Specialist will function as an integral part of Paradigm’s Marketing team and will report directly to Paradigm’s Senior Marketing Manager. This role is fully remote.

We are looking for a self-starter with former content marketing experience who can hit the ground running and immediately begin adding value to a collaborative and ambitious team. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with a strong background in SEO strategies and a passion for producing high-quality content.

  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to understand emerging trends, pain points, and new features in order to create educational content that nurtures leads through buying cycle
  • Own reporting on SERP rankings and page traffic to measure the performance of content marketing efforts and inform future plans
  • Research and stay up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, generative search, content trends, the competitive landscape, industry “chatter”, and buyer behavior as it relates to the legal industry
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team (e.g., Product Marketing, Partnerships, Demand Generation) to support broader marketing initiatives through the creation of high quality content
  • Manage backlink building efforts, effectively overseeing relationships with content syndication partners and services
  • Regularly report on organic down funnel metrics and marketing updates using data to identify new opportunities or needed adjustments

The Successful Candidate in This Role Will Possess:

  • Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear messages that resonate with its intended audience
  • Ability to work autonomously, while managing upward to the Senior Marketing Manager and other internal stakeholders
  • High degree of empathy and ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers to understand their needs and challenges
  • Ability to think strategically and leverage a variety of tactics to achieve measurable goals
  • Great people skills and ability to work cross functionally across internal teams to get input and manage deadlines
  • Resourcefulness, with ability to achieve results creatively with finite resources
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple projects, platforms, and collaborators
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for content and SEO improvements
