About the role

We’re looking for a Digital Project & Client Manager to join our small but mighty Australian team. You’ll lead digital projects that educate, inform, and engage healthcare professionals – everything from e-learning to marketing campaigns and video production.

You’ll work directly with clients, contribute to strategy and content, and manage delivery with support from our expert teams in Australia and the UK.

What you’ll do

✅ Lead and manage digital projects from brief to delivery

✅ Build and nurture client relationships

✅ Work on content and strategy – shaping messaging, reviewing materials, and guiding direction

✅ Co-ordinate remote teams across Australia and the UK

✅ Help grow our presence and influence in the Australian healthcare space

What we’re looking for

🎯 Must-haves:

• Significant experience in healthcare marketing, communications or education
• Strong project management skills and track record
• Excellent client management and communications skills
• Experience working on social media campaigns
• Confident communicator and writer
• Based in Australia (ideally Sydney)

✨ Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working on digital projects for healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Experience with e-learning or digital education
• Familiar with tools like Asana, Trello, Rise

Package:

• Salary: $90,000 pro rata (excluding Super)
• 4.5 day working week, pro-rata for part time options
