About the role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who does not just plan content, but makes it. You own the calendar, and you also sit in Figma and build the carousel yourself.
Our brand lives on a very specific aesthetic: soft, feminine and aspirational, with clean layouts, warm tones and editorial typography. If you scroll our accounts and immediately know what does and does not belong there, this role is for you. Taste is the main requirement here, and it is the one thing we cannot teach.
You work with our Art Director, who owns brand identity and visuals, and our Video Editor, who cuts the video content. You turn our direction into a filled, scheduled and beautifully executed feed. This is a role behind the camera: you create, you do not have to appear in the content.
What you will do
- Plan and manage the content calendar across our accounts
- Design posts, carousels and stories yourself in Figma, on brand and ready to publish
- Turn our themes and direction into concrete post ideas and formats
- Write captions and hooks in our brand voice
- Schedule and publish content, and keep the posting rhythm reliable
- Track what performs and report what you learn in a simple weekly overview
- Watch trends, formats and competitors, and bring ideas before we ask for them
- Keep our templates, assets and content archive organised
What we are looking for
- A portfolio or accounts you have run, with visuals you designed yourself. This is non-negotiable
- Confident in Figma. You can build a clean multi-slide carousel without a designer holding your hand
- A strong aesthetic instinct that matches the world described above
- Proven experience growing or running a brand or creator account on Instagram and TikTok
- You write well. Captions and hooks that sound human, not like a template
- You are organised. Nothing slips, nothing gets published late
- You are hands-on. You would rather build the post than write a brief about it
- You take feedback without ego and you communicate proactively
- You keep up with formats and trends on your own
Nice to have
- Basic video editing for simple cuts and stories
- Experience with AI tools in the content workflow
- Experience with email or newsletter content
- Experience in the creator, beauty, lifestyle or digital product space
The setup
- Remote, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible scheduling within the week, agreed calls attended, 24-hour response time
- Compensation based on experience, discussed openly on the first call
- Start: as soon as possible
