Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Klaviyo Account Manager. The Klaviyo Account Manager will oversee end-to-end retention strategy for a number of DTC clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo, and proficiency in retention analytics, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation
• Skills in analytics, report generation, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to communicate with clients effectively to understand business goals and provide clear recommendations
• Team collaboration skills and the capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Previous experience in digital marketing or customer relationship management is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with email design best practices and understanding of marketing funnel strategies is a plus
