💥 Marketing Manager 💥🍹Alcoholic drinks start-up📍 London / Remote💸 £30k - £40k (dependent upon experience)

Here at MKJ Ignite, we’re buzzing to be working with a super exciting Alcoholic Drinks start-up brand. The brand has been launched by 2 very ambitious Co-Founders and they’ve created a brilliant drinks brand which is set to challenge and disrupt a variety of established brands within the alcoholic drinks space.

They’ve recently closed a funding round which has released some funds to hire a new Marketing Manager. Sounds cool so far right…?

Some more info on the role:

⭐️You will set and execute the content strategy across TikTok & Instagram

⭐️You will lead a freelance team of editors and creators

⭐️You will enjoy being front of camera: think taste tests, street content, party clips, and day-in-the-life features

⭐️You will develop and deliver high-impact short-form video content

⭐️You will manage and scale paid ads campaigns on Meta, TikTok etc

⭐️You will manage and scale TikTok shop affiliate campaigns

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️You need to have at least 1 years Marketing/Social Media experience within a start-up FMCG environment

⭐️You live and breathe short-form content and Gen Z culture

⭐️Natural presence on camera – confident, fun, and full of energy

⭐️Experience building and growing brand accounts

⭐️Experience running and optimising paid ad campaigns on Meta and Tiktok would be beneficial

⭐️Experience running TikTok shop affiliate campaigns would be great

⭐️An important one – you NEED to be a sociable, FUN and outgoing person. This is an alcoholic drinks brand after all, so enjoying going out and having a good time is really important.
