• Drive Strategy & Localization: You'll implement the global social media strategy, tailoring content and campaigns to fit local market needs and cultural nuances, ensuring effective engagement everywhere
• Create & Curate Engaging Content: You'll lead the creation of high-quality, on-brand content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, collaborating with creative teams to make it visually compelling
• Build & Nurture Community: You'll foster an active online community by responding to comments and messages, and identify and nurture relationships with influencers and brand advocates to boost engagement
• Execute & Optimize Campaigns: You'll support the execution of global social media campaigns, monitoring performance in real-time and providing insights to optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions
• Analyze Performance & Report: You'll utilize social media analytics tools to track content and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Stay Ahead of Trends: You'll keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends, experimenting with new formats and features to keep Booksy at the forefront of innovation
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: You'll work seamlessly with global marketing, creative, and PR teams, ensuring social media initiatives align with broader brand campaigns and messaging

Requirements You'll need:

• Demonstrable, repeated experience and success in social media marketing, preferably with managing global or regional social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience in content creation, social media community management, and campaign execution
• Solid experience with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Ability to localize content for diverse audiences while maintaining global brand consistency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
