- 3-6+ years of professional writing, editing, or content strategy experience
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and accessible content for multiple channels
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience managing content workflows, reviews, and approvals
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive content best practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Ability to simplify complex or technical information effectively
- Customer empathy and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice To Have Skills
- Experience with data tools, UX research, and content mapping across different companies
- Familiarity with Figma or Airtable
- Experience working in regulated industries such as energy, utilities, or similar sectors
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or content governance standards
Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience working within corporate design teams or customer experience departments
- Background in energy, utility, or regulated industries is advantageous
