About The Position We are looking for a B2B Marketing Specialist to help us grow and support our community of healthcare providers by managing lead generation, content strategy, and marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate is experienced in event marketing, content marketing, and digital campaign management. - Plan and execute B2B marketing initiatives, including webinars, live events, and lead generation campaigns.
- Manage and optimize website content and email marketing to attract and convert healthcare providers.
- Work closely with the sales operations specialist to support sales enablement with tailored content, collateral, and collaboration on outreach strategies.
- Oversee clinical content creation and manage relationships with KOLs and provider influencers.
- Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales operations goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B or digital marketing, preferably in collaboration with sales teams
- Hands-on experience with event and email marketing using tools like Lemlist and HubSpot
- Proficient in managing website CMS platforms and creating landing pages
- Strong copywriting skills and a creative, content-focused mindset
- Highly independent, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with a solution-oriented, forward-moving approach
- Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or femtech is a plus
