Experienced Virtual Assistant (Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week) Support a high-performing, purpose-driven childcare recruitment business! Are you an exceptional Virtual Assistant with a background in recruitment or HR, known for your ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction?   • Provide executive-level virtual assistance to the founder

Manage scheduling, meeting bookings, and calendar organisation

  • Conduct reference checks and submit candidate profiles to clients ensuring confidentiality
  • Support social media activity through post scheduling and light content management in Canva
  • Support with emailing campaigns through Squarespace
  • Lead generation
  • Liaise professionally with clients and candidates
  • Prepare communications and ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and brand-aligned
  • Assist with general recruitment administration
  • Proactively manage tasks and resolve any conflict issues

Are you the perfect fit?

  • Proven experience in recruitment and/or HR administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent grammar is a must!
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver under time pressure
  • Tech-savvy and confident using platforms like Squarespace, Microsoft Calendar, Canva, Teams, and social media scheduling tools
  • Professional presentation with a warm, engaging tone
  • High level of emotional intelligence, including conflict resolution capability

You're a confident professional who takes ownership of your work, values health, integrity, and confidentiality, and is confident operating in a virtual setting with minimal supervision.
