Role Overview: As a Search Relevance Rater, you will evaluate, and rate search results related to mobile applications for App & evaluate the relevance of video search results across OTT (Over-The-Top) platforms for Video based on their relevance, quality, content, and functionality. You will use screenshots/links to assess the apps or video’s quality and provide ratings and explanations accordingly. Ratings must always be accompanied by a concise comment, explaining why the rating was chosen in alignment with the guidelines provided. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assess the relevance of video content (e.g., movies, TV shows, genres) OR mobile app listings (based on screenshots/links and metadata) in response to a variety of user queries. 
• Accurately interpret diverse query types, such as App Navigational, Functional, Developer Navigational, OR video-related queries, and determine how well the content matches the intended need. 
• Use your knowledge and research skills to determine relationships between search queries and returned results across platforms. 
• Assign ratings (e.g., Perfect, Excellent, Good, Acceptable, Unacceptable) and write clear, concise comments explaining the rationale behind each rating, in alignment with project-specific guidelines. Comments are always mandatory.

• Use your own device (laptop or desktop preferred) to complete assigned tasks. 
• Maintain reliable and consistent access to the internet. 

Assessment Requirement: 

All candidates must pass a project-specific assessment designed to evaluate their language proficiency and analytical abilities.
