Role: Freelance Content Writer (English) Mindtel seeks a versatile, UK-based freelance English Content Writer to produce long- and short-form copy that ranks, converts, and delights. If you thrive on transforming briefs into compelling articles, blogs, web pages, and email sequences—while keeping voice, tone, and search intent perfectly aligned—this role is for you. Role & Responsibilities

• Research, outline, and write 1,000–2,500-word SEO-optimised articles, blogs, landing pages, and eBooks for diverse B2B and B2C clients.
• Translate marketing briefs and brand guidelines into clear, persuasive copy that drives engagement and conversion.
• Embed target keywords, meta tags, and structured headings (H1–H3) to maximise organic search visibility.
• Collaborate asynchronously with editors, designers, and SEO specialists via Slack and Trello to meet weekly content quotas.
• Revise drafts quickly in response to editorial feedback, ensuring factual accuracy, brand tone consistency, and zero plagiarism.
• Track content performance using Google Analytics and Ahrefs data, iterating copy to improve CTR, dwell time, and SERP ranking.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• 2+ years professional English content writing or copywriting experience (agency or freelance).
• Portfolio demonstrating SEO-first long-form articles and conversion-focused web copy.
• Working knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Proficiency with Google Docs and at least one CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot).
• Native-level written English with impeccable grammar, syntax, and style.
• Self-management skills: meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and communicate proactively.

Preferred

• Experience writing for tech SaaS, fintech, or lifestyle brands.
• Understanding of on-page SEO best practices (schema markup, internal linking).
• Basic image editing or Canva skills for enhancing blog visuals.
