Primary title: Freelance Content Writer (Remote, Spain) About The Opportunity A fast-growing B2B SaaS and cloud communications company in the customer engagement and contact-centre technology sector is hiring a freelance content writer. This role supports marketing and product teams to produce SEO-driven thought leadership, product content, and customer-facing materials for global audiences. Fully remote role based in Spain with flexible, project-based engagements. Role & Responsibilities

• Research, plan, and write high-quality SEO-optimized content: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, product pages, and email copy aligned to the content calendar.
• Develop clear content briefs and keyword strategies using SEO tools; incorporate on-page SEO best practices and metadata.
• Publish and format content in WordPress/CMS, ensuring consistency in headings, CTAs, internal links, and image alt text.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, tone, and brand voice; apply strong copyediting standards before submission.
• Collaborate with product marketing, design, and SEO teams to iterate on topics, optimize conversions, and meet campaign goals.
• Manage multiple assignments, deliver to deadlines, and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve performance.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• Proven freelance writing portfolio with published B2B SaaS or technology content.
• Demonstrable experience writing SEO-optimized content and conducting keyword research with tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Practical experience publishing in WordPress or similar CMS and formatting web copy for readability and conversion.
• Strong copyediting skills and attention to detail; ability to match a brand voice and follow style guides.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud communications, contact center technology, or customer experience (CX) topics.
• Basic HTML/Markdown knowledge and experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console for content performance tracking.
