About the role
As our Senior Sales Manager for the United Kingdom, you'll own revenue growth across one of the world's fastest-growing and relationship-driven business regions. You'll build the pipeline, win new business, grow strategic accounts, and create momentum in the market through consultative selling, strong commercial instincts, and meaningful relationships.
It's part sales leadership, part market development, and part strategic account management — often all at the same time. You'll work closely with marketing, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships while ensuring clients have a seamless experience from the first conversation through to expansion and retention.
And it's about more than closing deals. You'll help establish the processes, playbooks, and frameworks that make growth predictable and repeatable, creating a stronger commercial foundation for the business and reducing reliance on founder-led selling.
Your work will play a key role in strengthening Cerebrent's presence across the UAE and GCC, opening new doors, building lasting partnerships, and helping shape the company's next phase of regional growth.
What this role actually looks like
- Be the face of Cerebrent across the GCC: Build relationships, represent the brand, and make sure we're part of the conversations that matter — whether that's in client boardrooms, industry events, networking forums, or strategic discussions.
- Build partnerships that create momentum: Develop strong connections with technology partners, industry associations, referral networks, and ecosystem players who can help expand our reach and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Win trust through great conversations: Lead engaging business discussions, deliver presentations that resonate, and help clients connect complex technology solutions to real business outcomes.
- Keep a pulse on the market: Stay close to industry trends, customer priorities, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, using those insights to help shape how we grow across the region.
- Build relationships that last: Develop trusted connections with business leaders, enterprise stakeholders, and decision-makers, becoming a partner they turn to for advice and strategic guidance.
- Help put Cerebrent on the map: Take part in industry events, roundtables, webinars, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen our reputation and visibility in the market.
- Be the voice of the customer: Bring client feedback, market insights, and evolving business needs back to the team so we can continue delivering solutions that create real value.
- Think like a business builder: Look beyond individual deals and evaluate opportunities through the lens of long-term growth, profitability, client success, and partnership potential.
This role is for you if
- You’ve spent 4–7 years selling technology services, digital transformation, software engineering, AI solutions, or consulting services across the UK and European markets.
- You understand how enterprise buying decisions are made, and you're comfortable navigating procurement processes, stakeholder groups, and complex decision-making environments.
- You can confidently engage senior business leaders, transformation teams, innovation leaders, and technology stakeholders, tailoring conversations to different priorities and business objectives.
- You thrive in consultative sales environments and are comfortable managing longer sales cycles that involve multiple decision-makers, approvals, and moving parts.
- You know how to negotiate commercial agreements, manage enterprise contracts, and create outcomes that work for both the client and the business.
- You appreciate that every European market is different and understand how to adapt your approach across diverse business cultures, industries, and customer expectations.
- You have experience selling into sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, or Professional Services, and can quickly identify where technology can create meaningful business impact.
- Bonus points if you've worked in GDPR-conscious environments or have experience navigating enterprise compliance, governance, and risk-related requirements as part of the sales process.
