My client is looking for a Creative Services Lead to own and evolve the visual identity of the brand across digital, print, packaging, and retail touchpoints. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on design execution to create impactful, performance-driven creative that tells a cohesive brand story. This role is on a contract basis until 30th September then will move to a permanent position.

Description
Lead the Look & Feel:
- Own the brand's visual identity across digital, print, packaging, retail, and more.
- Translate marketing concepts into compelling, cohesive creative that resonates.
- Guide a talented internal team and external partners to deliver best-in-class design.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Partner with the Content Lead to create campaigns that tell a unified story.
- Deliver high-performing assets for social, email, and web in support of digital marketing goals.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop visuals that highlight key features and benefits.
Drive Creative Execution:
- Manage end-to-end creative workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
- Oversee relationships with freelancers, agencies, and production partners.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and scalable design systems.
Focus on Results:
- Ensure every piece of creative supports brand and campaign objectives.
- Use engagement data to continuously improve creative performance.
- Streamline creative operations for speed, quality, and consistency.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in design or creative services (in-house or agency).
- A standout portfolio of work across digital, print, brand, and product marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and asset management tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage external creatives.
- Comfortable with both big-picture direction and hands-on design.
- Fluent in English; bonus points for additional languages including German.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary in the range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum DoE.
- Fully remote (but you must live in the UK and be based in the Southern Home Counties).
- 25 days holiday excluding Bank Holidays.
