The Role Responsibilities include managing and overseeing the marketing department’s budget, ensuring efficient handling of financial resources and supporting the implementation of strategies that drive Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, administer, and monitor the marketing department’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to allocate resources for campaigns, events, and strategic projects.
  • Conduct periodic financial analyses to identify cost optimization opportunities and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure proper tracking of invoices, payments, and financial reports within the department.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for senior management, highlighting resource utilization and achieved results.
  • Ensure all departmental activities and expenses comply with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans that consider financial and budgetary aspects.
  • Stay updated on trends in financial management and technology applications in marketing.

QualificationsExperience Required:

  • Hotelier degree or similar
  • Fluent English
  • Previous experience in financial coordination or budget management, preferably in marketing departments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong use of financial and technological tools (Advanced Excel).
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and their financial impact.
  • Strong communication skills to present financial results across different organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.

Experience Preferred
