Metric Bio are partnered in a search for a strategic and scientifically grounded senior marketer to lead content development and marketing strategy for a global biologics CDMO. This is a unique opportunity to combine your scientific expertise in antibodies/proteins with your passion for storytelling and customer engagement to elevate brand visibility and support commercial growth.
You’ll own the content strategy for North America, translating complex technical offerings into high-impact messaging and campaigns. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with technical SMEs, commercial leaders, and the global marketing team, helping position the company as a leader in end-to-end biologics development and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy & Development
- Lead the creation of thought leadership, product content, and customer-facing materials (e.g., white papers, blogs, videos, webinars).
- Develop messaging that resonates with scientific buyers in the antibody/protein therapeutics space.
- Partner with R&D and technical teams to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
Campaign & Brand Execution
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for biologics services including antibody discovery, cell line development, and protein production.
- Support brand consistency and voice across channels—digital, social, events, and earned media.
Go-to-Market Support
- Work with commercial and BD teams to develop sales tools, pitch decks, and customer engagement assets.
- Help drive awareness and lead generation through strategic, science-led marketing efforts.
Market & Competitor Insight
- Stay up to date with antibody/protein trends and competitive landscape to refine messaging and positioning.
- Use insights to inform campaign themes and identify new content opportunities.
What will you bring?
- Scientific educational background - B.Sc/M.Sc/PhD in a biological or life sciences field (e.g., Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology)
- 5–10+ years of experience in B2B life sciences marketing, ideally in a CDMO, biotech, or therapeutics company
- Hands-on experience with antibody or protein technologies and ability to communicate technical value clearly
- Proven success in content development, messaging, and strategic campaign execution
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment
