• Position: Sales & Marketing Professional – Independent Contractor, Remote
• Commitment: Part-time, ~20 hours/week
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Join an exciting collaboration with a top AI research lab. Contribute to developing AI systems that mimic real-world Sales & Marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate sales & marketing outputs produced by AI systems for quality and accuracy.
• Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as campaign generation and performance analysis.
• Create sales & marketing assets like onboarding playbooks, interview guides, and campaign ideas.
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems.
• Train, test, and calibrate AI agents on complex tasks like setting sales strategy or lead prospecting.

Requirements / QualificationsMust-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Advertising related role, OR a Graduate education.
• Experience building sales or marketing strategies and running campaigns.
• Experience creating sales and marketing assets like campaigns, customer journeys, and playbooks.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an elite consulting firm or technology company.
• Education from a top school or a senior role in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising.

Engagement Details

• Hourly Rate: $35-100/hr (USD), depending on experience
• Status: Independent Contractor
• Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous - flexible working hours
