Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission on every award entry sold + profit share scheme after 12 months
Benefits: 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays, additional paid leave from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day, pension scheme, laptop, expenses.
Future benefits: private healthcare and enhanced profit share after 2 years.
Location: 100% remote (UK-based), with occasional travel to London for judging sessions, events, and company meetings.
Start Date: Monday 5 January 2026

The Opportunity
This is a brand-new role within a rapidly growing area of the business, offering huge earning potential and a clear progression path to Awards Director.
You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling entry sales across our awards programmes — including the ESG Awards, New Product Awards, Global Drinks Awards, and Global Drinks Icons.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling award entries worldwide across all programmes.
- Make 20+ outbound calls daily and build 100+ new business contacts weekly.
- Manage and grow a global client pipeline using Zoho CRM with complete and accurate data.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support targeted promotional campaigns.
- Provide on-the-day support at judging sessions and industry events.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
Qualifications
2 years in sales
5 years working in the commercial sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants to build something exceptional.
You’ll bring:
- Proven sales experience (awards or events background preferred, but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in CRM/data management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to deliver results and grow a new business area.
- A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
