Men in Blazers is the No. 1 Soccer Media Network in the U.S. With a wide reach and a diverse, vocal fan base, we engage with teams, players, celebrity fans, and brands we love to share our passion for soccer across the nation. Using humor, emotion, intelligence, and to-the-minute pop cultural aptitude, we provide fans with unique content that breaks down the biggest stories in the game in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and compulsively entertaining. We are searching for a best in class, Graphic Designer to assist our Creative Director in building and executing creative design packages for the multitude of properties and assets in the Men in Blazers Media Network. This person should be a naturally creative individual, with a strong ability to craft and design media, in all forms, surrounding the world of soccer Graphic Designer Location: United States, Eastern Time Zone Primary Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, create, and design a wide range of elements used for our social media posts, marketing materials, and Men in Blazers branded merchandise
• Assist in creating energetic and engaging logos and typeface that align with the Men in Blazers brand, as well as any ancillary production or campaign.
• Work closely with both Marketing & Social Media teams to understand their vision for a project, and be able to creatively execute that project
• Execute organization and campaign wide design concepts across print, digital, merchandise, social media, etc.
• Ensure that the tone of the Men in Blazers Media Network brand is consistent across the variety of properties we have, and the channels they exist on.
• Work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and execute bespoke design projects
• Stay up to date with ongoing trends in design, social media, merchandising, and the global soccer culture

Qualifications

• A design portfolio and/or examples of relevant work must be submitted with your application
• Expertise with the Adobe suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• 3+ years of experience as a professional Graphic Designer, ideally working with social media, clothing & merchandising, and/or marketing
• Great experience focusing on both creative tasks, as well as operational tasks surrounding the execution of our brand across multiple platforms,
• Experience working in production design environments, creating techpacks, color templates, etc
• Advanced knowledge of the American soccer culture and a love of the game
• Web design experience will be a plus
• Knowledge of social media trends and high-level cultural moments spanning sports and entertainment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
