Be the first Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) at Meiro in Australia! In this role, you’ll bridge customer needs with the capabilities of the Meiro Customer Data & Experience Platform (CDP). Acting as a strategic advisor, you'll help prospects solve complex data challenges and maximize their marketing technology.

This role combines data expertise with digital marketing know-how. You’ll consult on how Meiro enables personalization, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven strategies. Your knowledge of first-party data, identity resolution, and campaign execution will guide impactful solution designs.

You’ll collaborate with sales and other teams to deliver product demos, address technical questions, and educate clients and partners on how Meiro drives outcomes like better targeting, retention, ROI, and ROAS.

Success in this role requires hands-on experience in customer experience, digital or performance marketing, and a solid grasp of customer data strategies. CDP or Martech consulting experience is a strong plus.

🎯 How you’ll make an impact?

Solution Consulting & Sales Support

Objective: Win new customers by showcasing Meiro CDP’s value, addressing technical concerns, and accelerating sales.

  • Engage prospects to understand challenges (e.g., data unification, identity resolution).
  • Consult on Meiro’s capabilities across personalization, segmentation, orchestration, and data-driven strategies.
  • Lead discovery sessions, tailor demos, handle objections, and secure technical wins.
  • Collaborate with Sales on proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and solution scoping.
  • Design solution architecture and implementation plans.
  • Run Proof-of-Concepts with internal support.

Go-To-Market Content & Thought Leadership

Objective: Boost awareness and lead conversion with relevant content and insights.

  • Collaborate with teams to create sales tools: case studies, whitepapers, FAQs, battle cards.
  • Support webinars, workshops, and industry events.
  • Share customer insights to refine messaging and demos.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Objective: Build trust and reduce churn by driving long-term value.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on CDP best practices and strategies.
  • Consult customers on using Meiro for segmentation, orchestration, and personalization.
  • Build strong relationships across decision-makers and users.
  • Share feedback with product teams on customer needs and trends.

Existing Client Consultation & Training

Objective: Drive renewals and expansion by supporting client success.

  • Help clients optimize usage, identify new use cases, and increase adoption.
  • Maintain key relationships and promote CDP best practices.
  • Deliver client training and onboarding sessions.
  • Lead workshops in collaboration with Customer Success.

Partner Support

Objective: Empower partners to represent Meiro and close deals.

  • Provide enablement training and ongoing updates.
  • Act as the CDP expert for partner queries.
  • Support joint sales efforts with demos, pitches, and proposals.
  • Promote CDP best practices in partner engagements.

🌱 What makes you a great fit

Must have

  • Strong grasp of customer engagement / digital marketing strategies and use cases (e.g., personalization, retention, customer journey orchestration) including hands-on experience
  • Understanding of customer data management and customer data strategies for CDP, entry-level hands-on experience with data management (SQL, data integration or similar)
  • Understanding of CDP concepts such as data unification, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, cross-device / cross-domain tracking, and communication consents
  • Ability to map marketing objectives to CDP capabilities and data workflows (RFM, CAC, CLV, AOV, ROAS)
  • Ability to deliver tailored product demos with a clear narrative that connects to customer goals (including the ability to learn how to deliver demos across industries, B2B, B2C, BFSI, e-commerce, publishing / media, gaming)
  • Strong skills in objection handling, competitive positioning, and solution differentiation
  • Familiarity with data architecture concepts, APIs, and integration patterns (ETL, Python)
  • Consultative mindset with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (English, other languages are an advantage)
  • Proactive & entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, curious, and always a step ahead - anticipating customer needs, surfacing new opportunities, and driving initiatives without waiting for direction

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems
  • Ability to scope and design MarTech solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams
  • Understanding of customer data models, event-based tracking, and data pipelines
  • Experience supporting RFI/RFP responses with functional and technical input
  • Managing or supporting Proof-of-Concepts or pilot phases with clear success criteria
