Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and campaign performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and performance tracking.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns, content calendars, and engagement strategies.
  • Develop email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing ROI using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with content, design, sales, and business development teams to support marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with campaign insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or online campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications.
  • Experience working with B2B marketing, staffing, technology, healthcare, or professional services industries.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
