This flexible remote role is ideal for performance-driven marketers eager to shape the growth of startups and early-stage businesses. At Massify, we are acquiring a growing volume of startup projects and we are actively looking for hands-on marketers who deliver on impact and performance. With the right profile, you’ll be matched with founders in industries like SaaS, E-commerce/DTC, Health & Wellness, Education, and Professional Services. You’ll run campaigns in your area of expertise i.e. Paid Media, SEO, CRM/Email, Social, Content, Creative or Analytics while collaborating with other channel specialists and a Strategist/Fractional CMO to deliver measurable results.

Deliverables
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns in your specialist area
- Optimize campaigns for true value metrics as such conversions, retention, and revenue growth
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance with a clear ROI focus
- Collaborate with other channel specialists for cohesive execution
- Potentially project manage a volume of founders preparing for launch and ongoing growth
Requirements
- 3+ years in a performance marketing role (startup experience is a plus)
- Proven track record in at least one digital channel: Paid Ads, SEO/AEO/GEO, CRM/Email, Content Marketing, Creative or Analytics
- Strong understanding and application of growth metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, Churn, Incremental Revenue Growth, NPS )
- Data-driven, agile, and comfortable in fast-paced business environments
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work remotely across teams
