We’re looking for a skilled Meta Ads Specialist (aka Media Buyer) to join our small but mighty team. You’ll take the reins on Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram), owning the process end-to-end — from strategy to testing, optimisation, reporting, and beyond.

This is a remote role with flexibility, ideal for someone experienced who’s looking to start small and grow with us. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) with precision and creativity.
• Set up and manage Pixels, Events, Conversions API, and ensure tracking is bulletproof.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Designing top notch creative to use in your campaigns.
• Report on performance, analyse data, and make informed decisions to improve ROI.
• Communicate clearly with the team and with clients.
• Keep up with Meta platform updates and trends so we stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns — this is not a beginner role.
• You’ve been a media buyer or similar, and can talk strategy as well as get your hands dirty in Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of Pixel implementation, Events setup, and tracking integrity.
• You’re analytical and data-driven, but creative too — you get the balance.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely. Great with time management and communication.
• Based in Australia (non-negotiable).
• Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Google Ads or SEO. It’s not essential, but extra work could be available if you have.
