As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing activities that support sales growth and enhance customer engagement for the Stanley brand across the Baltics. You will work closely with local sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen Stanley's market presence and drive business growth.
You would:
- Develop and execute regional marketing and promotional activities.
- Create and launch promotions, product introductions, merchandising concepts, and displays.
- Plan and coordinate customer events, trade fairs, product communications, and translations.
- Partner with local sales teams to implement effective sell-out activities and campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and process purchase orders.
- Maintain and update systems, pricing information, and related administrative processes.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
You have:
- Previous experience in marketing, trade marketing, sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with retail, distribution, or B2B channels is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in Latvian and English; knowledge of Lithuanian would be an advantage.
