We're seeking a **strategic SEO Content Manager & Editor** to lead our content optimization efforts. This is a **player-coach role** where you'll both execute hands-on editing and oversee our content SEO strategy. You'll ensure every piece of content we publish is optimized for maximum visibility and impact.  

### **Key Responsibilities**  

**Strategic Leadership:**  

- Develop and implement **content SEO strategies** aligned with business goals  

- Establish and enforce **SEO editorial standards** across all content  

- Conduct **content gap analyses** to identify optimization opportunities  

**Editorial Excellence:**  

- Perform **high-level SEO edits** on articles, landing pages, and website copy  

- Optimize **existing content** to improve rankings and traffic  

- Ensure all content follows **best practices** for readability and engagement  

**Team Management:**  

- Manage and mentor a team of writers and junior editors  

- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams on **content planning**  

- Oversee **content calendars** and publishing schedules  

**Performance Analysis:**  

- Monitor and report on **content performance metrics**

### **Requirements**

- 5+ years in **SEO content editing and strategy**
