We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (remote) with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, who is ready to drive real business impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Managing budgets and scaling high-performing campaigns
• Analyzing performance data and making data-driven decisions
• Working with tracking setups (Google Analytics, GTM) to ensure accurate measurement
• Collaborating with the team on strategy, creatives, and growth opportunities
• Managing email marketing campaigns, automations, and performance optimization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience running successful paid ad campaigns
• Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Email marketing expertise, including campaign planning, execution, automation, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, and other data analysis tools
• Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end across multiple digital channels
• Good project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
