About You You're a digital marketer with a solid track record in media management. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms? You know your way around them. Maybe you've even dabbled in OOH, print, or broadcast buys. But what really sets you apart? Your curiosity and drive. You're not just keeping up with the ever-changing media landscape-you're eager to navigate it, experiment with it, and find new ways to make it work for our clients. Marketing fascinates you. You love diving into the details, optimizing for performance, and uncovering insights that push campaigns to the next level. About The Job A great digital media campaign doesn't happen by accident-it's all about reaching the right person, at the right time, with the right message. That's where you come in. Madden is looking for a Temporary Media Strategist to help execute high-performing, omni-channel campaigns for clients across the country. You'll be part of a remote team of tourism marketing pros, working closely with internal teams and clients to make sure campaigns are set up for success, optimized for performance, and delivering real results. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team. You know how to take feedback and turn it into better work, and you're eager to keep growing as a well-rounded marketer. Day to day, you'll be launching and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and sharing insights that shape future strategies. What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning paid media strategies that deliver on campaign objectives and KPIs
  • Conducting competitive and industry research to implement best practices for campaign success
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to align campaign strategy with marketing goals
  • Managing campaign setup, reporting, and strategy updates with account leads
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign budgets across platforms to maximize return on investment
  • Tackling complex marketing challenges and turning them into smart, efficient solutions
  • Maintaining a sharp eye for detail and ensuring high-quality execution

What You Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years of paid media experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Hands-on experience launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics are a must)
  • A love for spreadsheets (we use Google Sheets, but if you're an Excel pro, you'll do just fine)
  • Passion for turning data into meaningful insights for internal teams and clients
  • Top-notch organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
  • Travel and tourism experience is a plus, but not required
