Mach Media is hiring a Senior Digital Growth Strategist
(Remote – EU Based | Freelance Preferred)

This is not a pure strategist role.
This is not a campaign manager role.
This is a commercial, hands-on, growth ownership role.

The Role
As Senior Digital Growth Strategist, you will own the growth trajectory of international B2B client accounts.
You will design and run full-funnel digital ecosystems — from strategy to implementation to optimization — and be accountable for measurable impact.
You will work independently but collaborate closely with designers, content managers, and other specialists to deliver high-performing programs.
You will:
- Develop and lead full-funnel digital growth strategies (SEO, GEO, SEA, paid social, LinkedIn Ads, inbound, automation, CRM)
- Own client growth targets and identify account expansion opportunities
- Translate business objectives into scalable, multi-market digital programs
- Lead LinkedIn and paid social ecosystems across regions
- Guide website strategy, UX direction, CMS decisions, hosting, and performance optimization
- Integrate marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Oversee analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence reporting
- Manage digital transformation projects from A to Z
- Advise senior stakeholders with clarity and commercial confidence
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Continuously explore AI, GEO, automation, and emerging digital opportunities
You are responsible not just for delivery, but for growth.
What You Bring
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth strategy, or digital transformation (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Strong background in B2B lead generation and performance-driven marketing
- Proven expertise in:
- SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- LinkedIn Ads & paid social campaigns
- Marketing automation & CRM ecosystems
- Website strategy, UX & CMS platforms
- SEA/performance marketing
- Multi-country / multi-market digital programs
- Data, analytics & business intelligence
- Experience owning client KPIs and growth targets
- Strong commercial instinct and account growth mindset
- Ability to independently lead complex digital projects
- A collaborative team player who works well with creatives and content specialists
- Fluent English (mandatory)
Bonus:
- Experience with enterprise-level B2B clients
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows
- Experience working across multiple time zones
