Mac Recruit Group are supporting a fast-growing agency model business with clients in the sports and entertainment space as they look to bring in a talented Video Editor to join their creative team. Their content reaches millions every month, and this role offers a brilliant opportunity to shape high-performing social video for some of the most engaged audiences in the UK.

The Role:
You’ll be at the heart of their social video output, working across editorial clips, podcasts, paid ads and reactive content. It’s a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who understands what performs online and enjoys pushing new ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Editing high-engagement editorial videos for multiple sports brands
- Optimising content for social platforms including TikTok and Instagram
- Editing and producing weekly podcast content
- Syncing multi-camera setups and enhancing audio quality
- Creating cutdowns and highlight clips for social channels
- Occasionally producing and filming content where required
- Working with the wider content team to explore new tools and emerging technologies
- Creating paid social ads designed to drive reach, followers or conversions
Requirements:
You’ll be confident working across short-form, long-form and podcast content, with a strong sense of what actually performs on social. Passion for football is essential, as you’ll be creating content for fans who expect authenticity and speed.
- 2–4 years’ experience editing video for social, ideally agency-side
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
- Experience editing vertical content, long-form and podcasts
- A deep understanding of social trends, hooks and platform behaviours
- Passion for football; sports betting knowledge is a bonus
- Comfortable filming with DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Any additional design or motion skills are a bonus
