Role

This is a remote, full-time contractor role for a Venture Capital Associate (Marketing, Operations & Fund Ops).

This role sits at the core of how LvlUp operates — blending venture, growth, and execution across both the platform and the fund.

You’ll help run and scale the programs, systems, and investment operations that power our ecosystem.

You will work across:

• Program Operations: Supporting and running accelerators, pitch competitions, and founder programs end-to-end
• Community Building: Engaging and growing a global network of founders, partners, and operators
• Marketing & Growth: Driving campaigns, storytelling, and distribution across our ecosystem
• Fund Operations: Supporting deal flow processes, investment tracking, pipeline management, and internal fund workflows
• Strategic Execution: Building and improving internal systems, processes, and automation
• Founder Support: Working directly with startups on growth, positioning, and readiness

This is a highly hands-on, execution-first role. You’ll be expected to move quickly, wear multiple hats, and operate with a high degree of ownership across both venture operations and platform execution.

You’ll work closely with the LvlUp team, portfolio founders, and partners across our global ecosystem.

Internship or full-time experience in startups, venture capital, fund operations, or high-growth environments is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and storytelling)
• Experience or interest in marketing, growth, operations, or fund workflows
• Ability to manage projects and execute across multiple workstreams
• Familiarity with venture processes (deal flow, pipeline tracking, CRM tools, etc.) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into action
• Strong organizational skills in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action
