Social Media Manager (Dating & Coaching Brand - 650k+ YouTube Subs)

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing coaching company. If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media — and get excited about organic growth strategies — this might be the perfect role for you. Our company is a dating education and coaching brand helping women (typically 40+) find lasting love. We're on a mission to make a powerful impact in the world, and our social channels are the heartbeat of our brand. We've already built large audiences across major platforms:

• YouTube - 651k subscribers
• Facebook - 378k followers
• Instagram - 69.6k followers
• TikTok - 196.6k followers

Now we're looking for a social media leader who can own growth, engagement, and innovation across these platforms. RequirementsWhat You'll Do

• Manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels.
• Edit and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Edit podcast episodes in Riverside and repurpose them into clips/shorts.
• Design YouTube thumbnails that capture attention.
• Track trending topics and pitch fresh content ideas.
• Review and engage with comments and community messages.
• Provide feedback on top-performing content to shape future strategy.
• Use AI tools to repurpose podcast content into blog posts, and manage blog publishing.
• Report on channel performance and growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
• Familiarity with Riverside for podcast editing.
• Strong design eye for thumbnails and visual content.
• Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker who understands how organic fits into the bigger marketing picture.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
