Role overview
We are looking for a part-time, remote Acquisition Specialist to help expand our partner network and increase membership value. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new growth opportunities, conducting market research and data analysis, creating strategic acquisition plans, and managing ongoing acquisition programs. Effective communication with potential partners and stakeholders is essential for success.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize partnership and acquisition opportunities in the hospitality sector and related verticals.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to uncover trends, gaps, and high-impact opportunities.
- Develop and present strategic acquisition plans that align with member growth and retention goals.
- Reach out to merchants and potential partners, negotiate terms, and onboard new partners into the membership program.
- Manage and optimize acquisition programs, track key performance indicators, and report results to leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure smooth partner integrations.
- Maintain organized records of outreach, negotiations, contracts, and performance metrics.
Merchant contracting benefit
- Each merchant contracts signed— from cafes and restaurants to entertainment venues and hotels — will receive a commission fee of 40 pounds for each signed agreement.
- Merchants will not be required to pay any fee to join the program; this makes securing signatures easy and straightforward.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in acquisitions, business development, or program management (remote work experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and use data to inform strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Customer-focused or sales-driven background is a clear advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
