What You Will Do:

• Research and choose job advertising options.
• Promote employer brand.
• Promote the business in specific markets.
• Set and achieve quarterly plans.
• Develop and execute online marketing initiatives to attract target audiences.
• Collect data for insights and take action on these.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunity.
• Work closely with the leadership team to maximise opportunities.
• Provide support, coaching and subject matter expertise to team members.
• Interview prospects.
• Engage with ongoing training and professional development.
