The Role
The Senior Marketing Manager, Campaigns is a high-agency operator responsible for turning marketing direction into executed campaigns, activations, and initiatives across channels.
This role sits within the Brand organization and works across Brand, Creative, Social, Performance, Retail, Influencer, and Operations. You will take ideas from concept to realityโowning planning, coordination, and execution.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to move fast, solve problems, and make things happen without waiting for perfect inputs.
What Youโll OwnEnd-to-End Campaign Execution (Core)
- Own execution of campaigns across brand, social, retail, partnerships, and content
- Translate high-level direction into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Drive campaigns from concept through launch and post-launch follow-through
Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Coordinate across Brand, Creative, Social, Performance, Retail, and Influencer teams
- Align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure nothing slips
- Act as the central operator driving campaigns forward
Activations & Partnerships
- Execute brand activations, partnerships, and special projects
- Support events, collaborations, retail activations, and field marketing initiatives
- Manage logistics, vendors, and timelines where needed
Content & Asset Delivery
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are delivered on time
- Help scope content needs tied to campaigns and launches
- Ensure outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives
Operational Rigor
- Build and manage trackers, timelines, and workflows
- Maintain clarity across multiple moving pieces
- Identify risks early and solve problems proactively
Executional Contribution (Critical)
- Step into the work when needed: writing briefs, shaping messaging, coordinating shoots, pushing deliverables
- Operate effectively in ambiguity and incomplete systems
- Own outcomes, not just tasks

RequirementsExperience
- 6โ10 years of direct marketing experience, focused on campaign execution and delivery
- Proven experience owning initiatives from idea through execution
- 3+ years in consumer goods, ideally food & beverage, supplements, sports nutrition, or lifestyle brands
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments
Execution & Functional Skills
- Strong campaign and project management skills
- Experience working across multiple channels (social, retail, digital, partnerships)
- Ability to translate direction into execution independently
- Experience working closely with creative and content teams
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting omnichannel brands (DTC + retail)
- Experience with influencer or creator-led campaigns
- Experience executing product launches or retail activations
