Location: Boston, MassachusettsJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 42 per hourWe're seeking a results-driven and collaborative CRM Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our channel communications, including email, app push notifications, and in-app messaging. In this role, you'll take ownership of campaign development, execution, and performance analysis-ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.You'll play a key role in identifying new CRM opportunities and optimizing customer engagement by integrating product features, leveraging internal data, and building automated marketing processes. You will also design and implement testing strategies that drive measurable improvements and contribute to the broader CRM strategy.As a proactive and analytical professional, you'll stay up to date with industry best practices, refine our internal processes, and set clear goals to enhance performance across key customer cohorts and channels. Efficiently manage projects and tasks by gathering and defining work requirements while maintaining an ongoing feedback loop with internal teams and stakeholders. Proactively partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners to identify new CRM opportunities, integrate new features, and leverage internal data for campaign optimizations and automated processes. Identify hypotheses for testing that will impact the broader CRM group and design tests to accurately measure success. Research industry best practices and techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our marketing efforts in these channels and optimize internal best practices. Responsible for goal setting and tracking for their channel or customer cohort.
